Also great as a sandwich pocket. I like the chewy texture of this bread and the deep taste that only I know.


300g all-purpose flour

140ml warm water

half a tsp salt (2g)

2 tbsp cooking oil (12g)

1 tsp yeast (3g)


1. 300g all-purpose flour + 1 tsp (3g) yeast + half a tsp (2g) salt + 2 tbsp (12g) cooking oil + 140ml warm water. Mix until no powder is visible. Knead by hand (3 minutes).

2. Cover with cling film and ferment in a warm place to increase 1.5 times (about 1 hour).

3. Divide into five chunks, put it in a bag so the dough doesn’t dry out. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Fold it to the center and roll out again. After folding to the center again. Gather it in the center to make a round shape. Spread it out with a rolling pin.

4. Now, just put the cup you have at home and press it firmly. low heat.

5. Place the bread face down on the heated pan. Turn it over when it turns brown. When the other side is also browned, turn it over and cook well. It’s like bread baked in the oven.

6. 2 tbsp mayonnaise + 2 tbsp mustard.
