Milk Pudding with Creamy Dalgona Coffee | Milk Dessert

Do you like coffee? I really like. Break away from the way you drink, and enjoy coffee while feeling the bouncy texture. Soft milk and fragrant foamy coffee melt in your mouth.


[Diameter 11cm / For 2~4 people]

✤ Milk Pudding

300ml Milk (soy milk available)

10g (1tbsp) Sugar

2g (1tsp) Agar powder

A little cooking oil (when applying to a bowl)

✤ Dalgona Coffee

3g (1tbsp) Instant black coffee

50g (5tbsp) Sugar

28g (4tbsp) Hot water

✤ Toppings

Cinnamon powder (or cocoa powder)


1. 300ml Milk, 10g (1tbsp) Sugar, 3g (1tsp) Agar powder. Stir the agar powder well to dissolve it. Turn on medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring so that it does not burn. Turn off the heat just before it boils over.

2. Prepare a bowl (11cm inner diameter). Cooking oil, apply oil to separate the pudding. Pour while sifting through the foam. After checking that it is cool. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

3. Time to check the milk pudding, after gently separating from the bowl. Turn the plate upside down to separate it from the bowl.

4. 3g(1tbsp) Instant coffee, 50g (5tbsp) Sugar, 28g (4tbsp) Hot water.You can stir it more than ten thousand times by hand. If you want to protect your precious arm, use a hand mixer. Whip hard and creamy.

5. Now put it on top of the milk pudding, cinnamon powder (or cocoa powder).
