I made green tea tiramisu with a clean color that melts fresh green tea and soft cream! Green tea tiramisu, which has a clean and clean feeling, makes you feel clean. It melts softly with one bite, and the combination of cream cheese, yogurt, and green tea is good.

6g Leaf gelatine

200g Cream cheese

80g Plain Yogurt 

50g Sugar

1/2ts Vanilla extract

160g Whipped cream

– Coffee syrup

50ml Hand Drip Coffee

10g Sugar

3 Green tea cake sheet

1. Gelatin is placed in water for about 10 minutes.

2. Put cream cheese+plain yogurt in the bowl and mix, Add sugar+vanilla extract and mix.

3. Squeeze the gelatin thoroughly and turn on the microwave for 10 seconds and completely melt.

4. Put in cheese dough and mix.

5. Add whipped cream and mix.

6. Make coffee syrup by mixing water, sugar, and espresso.

7. Place the Green tea cake sheet in the frame and add the coffee syrup.

8. Put the cream, put the sheet on it, and then add the coffee syrup. Repeat one more time.

9. Place the cream on top and flatten it and 3~4 hour in the refrigerator.

10. Sprinkle plenty of green tea powder.
