The fresh green tea scent and the savory taste of butter! And sweet chocolate mixed together to make a melting green tea tigre. Originally, chocolate chips were put in the dough and baked, so it was called tigre because its shape resembles a tiger pattern. I baked it without adding chocolate chips for a clean green tea color. When cut, the cross section is clean and pretty, I think it’s a delicious snack . It is better to enjoy it with coffee or various teas.
