Matcha Cheese Tart | No Gelatin | Green Tea (Matcha) Lava Cheese Tart Recipe

I made a green tea semi-boiled cheese tart with a beautiful green tea color. I baked the tart sheet with chocolate, and the color goes well with green tea and I think it has a luxurious feel. The feeling of dripping when cut stimulates the salivary glands. I think it’s good that you can enjoy it softly by baking it half-boiled because it bakes the cheese dough that has been cooked once in a pot. If you like green tea, I think you will like it because it is full of green tea flavor.
