Matcha Cheese Tart | No Gelatin | Green Tea (Matcha) Lava Cheese Tart Recipe

I made a green tea semi-boiled cheese tart with a beautiful green tea color. I baked the tart sheet with chocolate, and the color goes well with green tea and I think it has a luxurious feel. The feeling of dripping when cut stimulates the salivary glands. I think it’s good that you can enjoy it softly by baking it half-boiled because it bakes the cheese dough that has been cooked once in a pot. If you like green tea, I think you will like it because it is full of green tea flavor.

75g Plain flour

8g Cocoa powder

12g Almond powder

30g Powdered sugar

a pinch of Salt

40g Cold unsalted butter

15g Egg

190g Cream cheese

70g Whipping cream

35g Powdered sugar 

6g Cake flour 

8g Green tea powder

40g Egg

▶Recipe

1. Combine wheat flour, cocoa powder, almond powder, sugar powder, and salt in a bowl and mix, then add cold unsalted butter and rub with your hands until the butter becomes small with the flour.

2. Put eggs into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Roll out the dough, put it in a mold, shape it, make a hole in the bottom with a fork, bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes, and cool.

4. Put cream cheese, whipped cream, sugar powder, soft flour, green tea powder, and eggs in a bowl and place in a pot of hot water to mix, sift through a sieve, put in a pot, and boil over low heat, stirring until thickened.

5. Transfer to another bowl, cool, put on a tart sheet, apply egg yolk + milk mixture on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
