It’s so delicious that I cook this Cabbage recipe almost every day! This is healthy and tasty because it is made with cabbage and potatoes.
1/2 small cabbage (400g)
3 tablespoon starch (or flour)
2 slices of Gouda cheese (or Cheddar cheese)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. 1/2 Cabbage, shred the cabbage finely with a slicer. After washing thoroughly, drain the water. Olive oil, stir-fry it quickly over medium-high heat.
