I made a grapefruit tart topped with freshly popping grapefruit! Sweet and tangy grapefruit and sweet and soft cream. I ate a crunchy tart sheet together. It blended well in my mouth and was delicious. I just made it because I’m going to eat it at home, but if you want to give it as a gift or want a firmer cream, you can add a little gelatin to harden it.

100g Cream cheese
30g Plain Yogurt
1/2ts Vanilla extract
50g Whipped cream

Hazelnut & Pistachio
1. Add cream cheese+plain yogurt to the bowl and mix. Add sugar+vanilla extract+honey and mix.
2. Add whipped cream and mix. put cream on the tart sheet.
3. Freeze for about 1 hour in the freezer. (If you want something solid, put a little gelatin.)
4. Decorate with grapefruit, hazelnut and pistachio.
