Double Cheese Bread Recipe | The most delicious cheese bread recipe

I made a cheese bread that stretches by adding cheddar and mozzarella cheese together.

I think adding cheddar cheese together, rather than just mozzarella cheese, makes it more flavorful and gives you a richer cheese flavor.

It can be made in various shapes, but the bread dough must completely cover the cheese so that it is baked and the cheese does not leak out.

I used a mixture of strong flour and heavy flour, and it has less shrinkage than when I used strong flour, so it is easier to shape it.

If you eat it while it’s warm, the cheese will stretch, so if it’s cold, it’s better to warm it up a bit.

100g Bread flour

100g All-purpose flour

30g Sugar

2g Salt

4g Dry yeast

140g Milk

30g Unsalted butter

Mozzarella cheese

Slice cheddar cheese

Egg yolk + Milk

1. In a kneader, add strong flour, wheat flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast, and lukewarm milk, and knead for about 10 minutes until they come together. Add soft unsalted butter and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.

2. Shape into a round shape, place in a bowl, cover with cling wrap, and ferment for about 1 hour until doubled in volume.

3. Press the dough firmly to release the gas, then roll it out, divide it into 6 triangles, and roll it out long. Then, wrap it with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and roll it from the end.

4. Put it on the oven pan, cover it with cling film, let it ferment for about 40 minutes, apply a mixture of egg yolk and milk on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
