Don’t Fry Sweet Potatoes! | Crispy Sweet Potato Mini Balls Recipe

200g steamed sweet potato (3 small size)

70g cake flour or all-purpose flour

1-2 tbsp sugar

30g unsalted butter

1. 200g steamed sweet potato (3 small size), 30 g unsalted butter, 1-2 tbsp sugar, 70g cake flour or all-purpose flour. Knead by hand (1 minute).

2. I will make it round, get 40.
