Blueberry Pavlova | How To Make Blueberry Pavlova That Is Crispy On The Outside And Moist On The Inside

I baked a large meringue to make a sweet blueberry pavlova that is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! The meringue on the outside is crispy and the meringue on the inside is moist, so you can feel two different textures.


100g Egg white

150g Sugar

6g Corn starch

5g Lemon juice

3g Vanilla extract

1. Put the egg whites in the bowl and when the big bubble comes up, divide the sugar into 3-4 times and whip to make a hard meringue.

2. Add corn starch and mix, then add lemon juice and vanilla extract.

3. Place the meringue on the pan, make the shape, and bake in a 80~90 minutes for 100 degree preheated oven.

4. Decorate with whipped cream, blueberry puree, blueberry, kiwi, strawberry, pistachio and sugar powder.
