Baci Di Dama | Perfect Recipe | How To Make Italian Cookies Baci Di Dama

I made a cute-shaped Italian cookie Bachidida! This cookie is also called a woman’s kiss, and it’s so named because its shape resembles a woman’s lips. It contains more almond powder than other cookies, so I think it’s savory and delicious. When I make a round dough after resting, the dough is cold, so if I melt it warmly with my hands and shape it, it becomes a round shape well. The chocolate can be hardened and made clean by using it after it has cooled sufficiently. I think it is a cookie that is easy to make and delicious to eat.
