The Bear Is So Cute | Make Salty Oatmeal Cookies

This time I made a cute bear shaped oat cookie. Made with oatmeal, it’s healthy and soft as a bear. I thought it wouldn’t taste as good as adding oatmeal, but it was really fragrant and delicious. So I worry that I will gain weight from eating too much. I have adjusted the amount of butter and sugar several times to keep the calories as low as possible.

♥ Ingredient

1 cup instant oatmeal 100g

1 cup soft flour 100g

½ cup sugar 80g

1/2 teaspoon 2g baking powder

a little salt 1g

80 g unsalted butter or half a cup of cooking oil

3 tablespoons 30g milk

Storage method

Store at room temperature for 10 days

Store frozen for 1-2 weeks

♥ Recipe

1. Does it work without flour? Finely ground oatmeal can be used. However, the taste is bitter and less bitter. I tried replacing it with almond flour, but it was too thin.

2. Can I cut back on sugar? Reduce sugar to 20g or less. If it is reduced too much, it will not taste good.

3. Can I reduce the amount of butter Please reduce the amount of butter to 20g maximum. If it is reduced a lot, it will be less crispy and less salty.

4. It’s okay if it’s not oatmeal. In case the oatmeal is thicker than quick oatmeal Grind it once in a blender and use it.
