DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE | How to Make a Tasty Layered Cake | Dessert Ideas

I made a chocolate cake with 3 layers of chocolate, coffee and vanilla!

You can have a whipped cream cake and chocolate cake with white whipped cream on the inside and chocolate ganache cream on the outside.

There are 3 sheets and 2 creams, so it takes a lot of time and care, but that’s why it is a prettier and more delicious cake~^^

-Vanilla sponge cake sheet:

2 Egg yolk

20g Melted butter

25g Milk

1/2ts Vanilla extract

Meringue (2 Egg white + 50g sugar)

55g Cake flour 

1/4ts Baking powder

-Chocolate sponge cake sheet:

2 Egg yolk

20g Melted butter

25g Milk

1/2ts Vanilla extract

Meringue (2 Egg white + 50g sugar)

47g Cake flour

8g Cocoa powder

1/4ts Baking powder

-Coffee sponge cake sheet:

2 Egg yolk

20g Melted butter

25g Warm milk

3g Instant coffee powder

1/2ts Vanilla extract

Meringue (2 Egg white + 50g sugar)

55g Cake flour

1/4ts Baking powder

Chilled Ganache (200g chocolate + 100g fresh cream)

150g whipped cream (150g cream + 15g sugar)

Sugar syrup

â–¶Recipe

1. Pour warm milk into instant coffee powder and melt it.

2. Put the egg yolk in the bowl and loosen it. Then add melted butter, coffee milk and vanilla extract.

3. Add 1/2 of the meringue and mix.

4. Add Sift cake flour, baking powder and mix.

5. Add the remaining meringues, mix them, pour them into the oven pan, remove the air bubbles,
and bake them in a 180 degree preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

6. Make vanilla and chocolate cake sheet in the same way.

7. Whip the chilled ganache until it is creamy.

8. Place the chocolate sheet on the rotating plate, apply sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream.

9. Place the coffee sheet and apply syrup and whipped cream.

10. Place vanilla sheets and apply syrup.

11. Apply ganache cream on the top and sides.

12. Make a shape using spatula.
